Registration

In order to access and participate to the DEBS 2008 conference you need to register (procedure available starting from May 12th).

Please note that:

• Early registration rates are valid until June 6th, 2008.
• At least one author for each accepted paper is expected to register to the conference before May 31st, 2008, paying a Regular or ACM/IEEE/USENIX Member fee.
• A distinct registration is expected for every accepted paper or fast abstract.
• There is a number of grants available for student registration. Check this page for further informations.
• Regular and ACM/IEEE/USENIX/IFIP Member fees include:
  1. Participation in all conference sessions
  2. Proceedings (electronic format)
  3. Participation in all tutorials
  4. Workshop registration
  5. Lunches () and coffee breaks
  6. Social event
  7. Reception
• Student fee includes:
  1. Participation in all conference sessions
  2. Proceedings (electronic format)
  3. Participation in all tutorials
  4. Workshop registration
  5. Lunches and coffee breaks
  6. Reception
• Workshop ESTEEM fee includes:
  1. Participation to the workshop
  2. Coffee breaks on Tue 1st, July
  3. Reception
• Admissions to the social event for accompanying people or students will be available at the conference for a surplus of 70 EUR per person.

Fees can be paid using Bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

Should you require a visa letter to obtain a visa (check here for more info) for participation in the DEBS Conference, please register and send us an e-mail to debs08@dis.uniroma1.it.
